Josephine and Sarah will normally be your first contact with the practice. They play a vital role in welcoming patients, organising appointments for treatments and helping with the general enquiries.

Between them they have a wealth of administration experience and both are currently pursuing their training by attending evening courses to gain further qualifications in computer skills.
